Main Tent and Sunday School Tents

  • Lighting fixtures in the main tent need to be completed. Cosmetics to the interior and the exterior of the Sound/Stage Room has to be plastered and painted. Proper waterproofing where stage is secured to main tent. Stage flooring has to be installed.

  • Sunday School rooms flooring and AC units have to be installed. Shelving and fixtures installed as well as lighting. Prayer Room/Youth Tent has to also be completed with flooring and AC unit. All tents nee to be properly secured around the periphery.

  • Pathways and Entrance to the Main Tent installed with undercover connections to Sunday School rooms and Main Tent.
     

Toilet Block

  • Flooring, plastering and painting of interior and exterior of Toilet Block needs to be completed.

  • Surrounding the Toilet Block will need to be paved and pathways installed.
     

Plants and Gardens

  • Trees planted along periphery of Tents and main landscaped area. Flower beds and features at the entrance of Drive Way and around Main Tent. Wild Garlic to be planted around tents and Toilet Block.
     

Fencing and Gates

  • Fencing needs to be erected around the main front of the property and along car park.

  • Gates need to be installed at the entrance of the drive way and gates installed at Alternative entrance for trucks to get in to main communal area.

Kitchen/Coffee House & Storeroom

  • The Kitchen Block will be made large enough to subdivide into a storeroom with a separate entrance. This block will be built on the far end of the main communal area next to the Toilet Block. The Kitchen Block will be designed mainly to be a Coffee House with an outside decking area/Garden to sit in. All fixtures and coffee facilities and appliances will need to be obtained.
     

BBQ Area

  • Next to the Kitchen will be a BBQ area built to facilitate a big enough area to do larger quantities of Souvlaki and Souvla as well as enough space for families to BBQ their food after church or during family gathering times.
     

Communal Area

  • The communal area will need to be paved or treated in a way to be a clean area. This is the whole space between the Main Tent and Kitchen Block

  • This space will also need to be covered with Sails to allow for shade cover.
     

Fountain

  • A fountain will be built with an Italian/Spanish design in mind to reflect prophetically what we as a community are called to.

  • The fountain will be built between the back of the main tent and the Sunday School tents.
     

Amphitheatre

  • Using the existing bank coming from the upper property, we will cut into the bank to create and amphitheatre that surrounds the main communal area.

Community Projects

Self Sustainability

  • We would like to start cultivating the land and to grow produce that we can, as a community, be more self reliant. These will include crop growing, Aquaponics, alternative energy, health products made from raw materials etc.

  • Along with us as a community being more industrious, we would like to bless the outside community with our produce.
     

The Town we are located in

  • As a community we feel we need to serve the people we are surrounded by. This will mean ways we can bless as mentioned above as well as projects that we can do in the town. For example clean up projects and other endeavours that could include participation from town folk that will draw the town together by restoring neighbourly interaction.
